Orders & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday & within 48 hours on weekends and public holidays. Whilst it is our highest priority to ensure all orders are sent out within 24 hours, during busy periods i.e. launches, sales, Christmas etc, this may be extended to 48 hours. If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, please contact us immediately via e-mail. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
If your order is being sent to a business address, please include the company name on the order as this makes it much easier for the carrier to deliver to the correct location.
Parcels which are rejected by the receiver or have an incorrect address may result in the parcel being returned to sender. On the instance that this may happen, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Express Shipping – $10 (Australia Post – eParcel)
- Next Business day for some WA CBD areas. For interstate and rural areas, 2-3 business days are generally needed.

International Shipping- Standard- $10 AUD (Within 10-15 business days), Express- $15 AUD (Within 7-12 business days). Due to covid may be a slight delay. We will dispatch and ship out within 24 hours of order, we always do the best we can in order for you to receive your order in the best time possible.
